Elizabeth Furst

As COO and Co-Founder, Elizabeth leads our product, development and customer success teams at Rivia Health. With 13 years of experience in healthcare software implementation and product management, she and CEO Rachel Mertensmeyer partner together to develop the strategy and vision for the company to bring new technology to the patient payment experience.

Elizabeth has 13 years of healthcare software experience, specifically in implementation and product management. She has led new product development teams across multiple healthcare markets, specializing in RCM applications. She was instrumental in the development and launch of the market-leading cloud-based EHR and Practice Management System at Surgical Information Systems. At Experian, Elizabeth led the development and commercialization of several products in the population health management space as well as developing a cutting-edge Authorizations platform. At Epic, Elizabeth worked in implementing Epic’s revenue cycle applications at many large academic medical centers across the country.
