Elizabeth Furst

As COO and Co-Founder, Elizabeth directs the product, development, and customer success teams at Rivia Health. She brings 13 years of healthcare-software expertise across implementation and product management, working alongside CEO Rachel Mertensmeyer to shape the company’s strategy and transform the patient-payment experience through technology.

Throughout her career, Elizabeth has overseen new-product development across multiple healthcare markets with a focus on Revenue Cycle Management. She played a key role in developing and launching a cloud-based EHR and Practice Management System at Surgical Information Systems. At Experian, she spearheaded development and commercialization of population-health-management products and created an advanced Authorizations platform. Her background also includes implementing Epic’s revenue-cycle applications at major academic medical centers nationwide.
